Several players of the winners stepped up and Nikos managed to record a game high 21 points added to 5 assists- 6 rebounds- 1 steal – 8 fouls drawn while shooting 44.4% from the 3-pts area (4/9) 
In his last week’s debut for Chania, vs the favorites of NEM, Chania was close to an upset, but came short at the overtime. Houhoumis had a game high 29 points with 3- 3pts shots made. 
It is worth to mention the quote of the opponent coach, Coach Mantalos at his post-game interview “Thanks God, we stopped him”.
